We first contacted JG Design after a recommendation from a trusted friend and Tradesman.
John quoted us a competitive price for demolishing our original pre-war Bungalow and re-building with a second story addition, whilst we were to remain living in the existing extension and conservatory! He carried out all of the necessary investigative work on the remaining footings, arranged the plans and liased with the council until approval was obtained.
With an estimated completion time of 16 weeks, from the minute the work started until the time it was fully completed (after only 12 weeks!), our property was a non-stop hive of activity with never fewer than 2 or 3 teams of professionals in attendance. The quality of the workmanship and materials used was second to none, resulting in many admirable comments from all of our friends and neighbours.
To say we are please with the result would be an enormous understatement, and we cannot recommend JG Design and Build enough for building us the house of our dreams.
